Acceptance
By accessing autotomy.dev, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products
The complete Foundation source, baseline checks, agent setup, and access to your purchased release and published v1 fixes.
Maintained audits, verification-drift checks, agent-guided Expo upgrades, and premium hook feedback.
Starter includes 30 days of Pro. No automatic renewal.
One developer, unlimited Autotomy projects. Pro requires Starter. Your own coding agent and its costs stay separate.
A separately purchased Pro subscription bills immediately. Unused included days are not credited. Cancel before renewal to keep access through the paid period.
After Pro expires, premium commands stop. Your source, baseline checks, builds, and deployed apps keep working.
Request a refund at hello@autotomy.dev within 14 days of purchase; requests are reviewed case by case. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. Refunds or payment disputes may revoke the affected service access, without deleting your local files.
Intellectual Property
The existing Foundation remains MIT-licensed. New premium tooling and recipes have separate commercial terms. Third-party packages retain their own licenses.
Your account
Your app source stays on your machine. Autotomy accounts and subscriptions belong to the developer toolkit; they do not add login or payments to your app.
Full support starts with Autotomy projects. Other Expo repositories receive compatibility findings without automatic restructuring. Modified Lite files produce conflicts rather than silent overwrites.
Expo upgrades are agent-guided. The CLI identifies an eligible version-specific plan; your AI makes the changes and you review the result. SDK 57→58 guidance is published only after rehearsal against the supported stack. Unsupported combinations stop with an explanation.
Limitation of Liability
Autotomy provides starter kits "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, including lost profits or data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
