What We Collect
We process your email, account identifier, purchases, subscription periods, and minimum service records such as command, version, outcome, and request metadata. Repository source stays on your machine. Card details are collected by Airwallex on its payment pages, not by the CLI or your AI chat.
How We Use Your Data
We use this information to sign you in, fulfill purchases, check access, maintain billing, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in. We do not sell your data.
Data Storage
Authentication runs through Better Auth on our Cloudflare service. Cloudflare D1 stores account and access records; private R2 stores release files; existing waitlist records use KV. Cloudflare Email Service delivers sign-in codes and requested email. Airwallex processes payments. These providers may process data internationally.
Analytics
We use necessary, secure session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not store authentication tokens in browser local storage. The CLI stores its credentials outside your project. Optional marketing analytics are not required to use your account.
Your Rights
Contact privacy@autotomy.dev to request access, correction, or deletion. We retain billing and security records where needed for obligations or disputes; deleting an account does not erase records we must retain. We will explain applicable retention when handling your request.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the email you provided.
