Set up Autotomy in this project. Inspect the current directory and Git status first. Preserve all existing work and secrets. Run npx autotomy doctor --json to inspect compatibility, then npx autotomy install for an Autotomy or unchanged Lite checkout; use npx autotomy init <new-directory> for a new project. If the CLI requests authentication or a purchase, show me its browser link and let me complete it myself, then resume the command. Never ask me to paste credentials into chat. Do not bypass compatibility or verification failures, overwrite conflicting files, or subscribe on my behalf. Follow the installed project instructions, report any required hook approval, run npx autotomy check, and show me how to start the app from its expo directory.

兼容性

Codex、Claude Code 和 Cursor 使用各自支持的集成。编程工具可能要求你信任 hook。hook 只提供反馈，不会自动修复源码。

应用源码保留在你的电脑上。Autotomy 账户和订阅属于开发工具，不会为应用加入登录或支付功能。
